Q: Will I get seasick?
A: It's possible. If you are prone to motion sickness, We recommend using a non drowsy over the counter medication such as Bonine. It's important to get the medicine into your system prior to the trip so we recommend taking it the night before and again the morning of the trip.
Q: Can I drink beer during the trip?
A: Yes. However, the nature of fishing with sharp objects in a moving environment is inherently dangerous, so everyone must keeps their wits about them and in fine condition to prevent or aid in case of emergency. Enjoy a beer. If you plan on getting drunk, do not come.
Q: Do I get to take home the exact fish I catch?
A: In general yes (Legal Retention). However some groups like to share the catch equally among everyone. Say someone catches a huge salmon or has the hot rod. If agreed upon prior, all people get an equal share. This is something we should discuss prior to fishing.
